Take a photo of the box as you received it. Make sure the photo clearly shows how the box looked when you received it. This helps us understand if something went wrong during transit.
Take a photo of the packing slip. The packing slip contains important information about your order. A clear photo of the packing slip helps us identify the missing items.
Send us the photos. You can easily send the photos to [email protected]. Please also include your order number and a brief description of what is missing.
