If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you can return the product to us with all delivered accessories in original condition, without signs of use and in the original packaging. Do you exercise your right of withdrawal? Then the shipping costs of the return are for your own account.

Received the wrong or faulty product?

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or wrong product, please notify us at [email protected]. We will give you a return label so any shipping costs for the return will be for our account. Subsequent reimbursement of self-purchased return labels is not possible.

Refund

We will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 calendar days.

The following conditions apply to returns:

If you wish to abandon the purchase within 14 days, you may return the relevant products to us.

When returning, the products must be undamaged and, as far as reasonably possible, in the (undamaged) and original product packaging.

Please send the products back in a suitable box so that the original product packaging cannot be damaged in the shipping process.

The products must not have been modified or undergone any other alteration.

If you have used the product, and this goes beyond just establishing the product features and any function then we may charge for depreciation in case of damage & any defects.

Do not put stickers or tape on the original product packaging. If a product comes in to us damaged, then we may charge for depreciation.
