Exchanging Items

At DERYAN, we strive to provide you with the best products and service. We understand that you may sometimes change your mind or want to receive a different product. Therefore, we offer the option to exchange items, provided they are complete, undamaged, and not defective.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be complete, including all accessories and in the original packaging.
  • The item must be undamaged and in new condition.
  • The item must not be used or worn.

Return Costs:

The cost of returning items is at your own expense. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send the replacement item to you.

We recommend insuring the return shipment to ensure the package arrives safely with us.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer service to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transport.
  3. Send the item back to the provided return address.
  4. After receiving and approving the returned item, we will send the replacement item to you.
